In our first project we concentrate on both climate and water quality issues by combining carbon and nutrient capture. This is done by transforming an agricultural field into a carbon capture forest. The permanent vegetation will reduce the amount of nutrient runoff to nearby river while capturing carbon. The first site is situated in Lieto, Southwest Finland. We are currently looking for larger areas for similar purposes.
